
The main goal of expedition is to reach Lenin Peak. Peak famous till 1928 as Mount Kaufmann, and to 2006 as Lenin Peak is 7134 meters high and is the second Pamir's mountain in terms of height (after Ismail Samani Peak). TS2 Technologie Satelitarne Company is one of expedition's sponsors.
Lenin Peak is situated at the boarder of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. First climb in 1928: Karl Wien, Eugene Allwein and Erwin Schneider within German expedition. Participants plan to climb classical way from north side ( W. Kowaljew way - 5A). Reaching the peak is required for achieving Russian Alpinist Award: Snow Panther.
