Requirements:

technical education,
good command of English/American in speaking and writing, natural using of the English knowledge electronic sources
experience / praxis in technical support
natural using of e-mail, any web browser, phone and MSN communicator
ready to work two shifts
well-mannered, self-reliant and communicative
