Portable Thuraya Monitoring System

Portable Thuraya monitoring System is designed to monitor Thuraya communications on the L-Band uplink and downlink channels, the system is completely passive and does not interfere with the normal communications. The ruggedized make and portability of the system makes it ideal for quick strategic deployment. Portable Thuraya Monitoring System is also capable of logging the GPS location of the Thuraya subscribers within the desired spot beam. The GPS coordinates and all the CRI is stored in a database along with the audio data.

Thuraya Monitoring System is integrated with a digital map, which will display the exact location of the targeted subscriber. In standard configuration, the system is capable of monitoring 2 Spot beam and a maximum of 12 calls in those spot beams.

  • Thuraya Monitoring System can automatically scan the available spot beams within its coverage range and provide the spot beam ID, Latitude & Longitude of centre of the spot beam, Channel Number of all the detected spot beams.
  • The operator can tune the demodulator to any desired spot beam that was detected during scanning.
